Hello. I am trying to apply MultiK to figure out optimal clustering number for single-cell RNA sequencing (about 40,000 ten thousands cells )
Although i run the code with narrow resolution interval, it takes too many times to run.
I found that MultiK analysis was being done with single core CPU.
Is there any way for me to run multiK with multi-CPU core ?
