Create a blog post for PatternFly CLI

As part of awareness for the CLI we need to create a blog post to inform users of our new cli. It should include an introduction to what it is and why it was created. Also some examples on how to use it, along with the benefits that come with using it. Should also include what's coming in the future, and have a link added PartternFly.org to the blog.
