docs-server: going out of maintenance

owncloud/docs-server is being archived and will no longer be maintained. Please update the documentation to remove or deprecate its pages and references.

docs-server is still a live Antora content source here, so the archive freezes the server component rather than breaking it (Antora can still clone an archived repo read-only). References to clean up:
