I’m excited to get started with my Payment Service project for GoFr Summer of Code!

What I plan to build in my first PR

For my first PR, I will:

• Set up the base project structure using Go modules.
• Add a simple HTTP server with GoFr.
• Implement a /health endpoint for health checks.
• Add a Makefile with basic commands (run, lint, test).
• Add a .golangci.yml config for linting.
• Write an initial unit test for the health check route.
