otc s3 sync features missing

Would be nice to have otc s3 sync feature in python-otcclient.

I also would like to have otc sync capabilities to use it to move a AWS s3 bucket to OTC (sync AWS s3 to local drive -> sync local drive to OTC s3).

You could also do that with a migration job directly.
