Explicitly state the limitation of using MULTIPARTY with SCHEME SWITCHING

The scheme switching capability was not tested in the multiparty case, and the larger error introduced might affect correctness. State this in SCHEME_SWITCHING_CAPABILITY.md and optionally throw an exception/warning if both scheme switching and multiparty are enabled.
