Craft oil from sunflower

Oil could be extracted from flowers:sunflower (provided by plantlife_modpack/flowers_plus). This second recipe for oil would be realistic, and would make sunflowers more useful.

I feel it would be more interesting to make oil from the seeds rather than directly from the sunflowers.
