AddCallToolFilter - Dropped?

From the sdk version 1.0.0 the AddCallToolFilter was droped. What is the alternative to implement a error catching mechanism for any tool call?

It is still available but was "wrapped". You can still use it as:

 mcpBuilder.WithRequestFilters(filters =>
                {
                    filters.AddCallToolFilter(next => async (context, cancellationToken) =>
                    {
                              // your logic
                    })
                })
