I've investigated the provided Installer URL, but it returns a 403 Forbidden (OpenResty/Cloudflare) even when requested via a standard Browser User-Agent. It seems the asset server is currently restricted or the file has been moved. Without a reachable installer, a manifest cannot be validated.
