Fail to finalize Qnn Graph with the TMANOPPackage

I'm trying to test the Op package here https://github.com/kaleid-liner/executorch/tree/817bd29dfbea4979a27f2f539c753bd46757ea7a/backends/qualcomm/runtime/op_packages/TMANOpPackage but I'm hitting the following error

What qnn sdk version and hexagon sdk version did you use the compile the graph?
