npm install error according the mean's doc!

I operate with this doc quick install with mean then I met the bug as below I tried several times but failed...on "npm install" command.

node-sass@4.5.3 requires node 8
https://www.npmjs.com/package/node-sass

Or in the other way around for node 10 you are required to use node-sass@4.9+.

So either lower your node version or raise the node-sass version.
