Fixed relative location of start.sh wrt where mkShapesRDF is run

Currently it is [assumed](https://github.com/latinos/mkShapesRDF/blob/master/mkShapesRDF/shapeAnalysis/BatchSubmission.py#L114) that the `start.sh` file is in a fixed relative location with respect to where the executable is run. It'd be nice to remove that requierement
