Add optional Note/Description field to packing list items

Please consider adding an optional multi-line Note (or Description/Comments) field to individual packing list items.

Use cases/examples

• “Remember to charge before trip” or “Check batteries”
• Brand/model details or alternatives (“or use the red one in the shed”)
• Storage location (“bottom of blue dry bag”)
• Trip-specific instructions, weight caveats, or repair notes

It would be great if the note:

• Appears in the add/edit item dialog (as a multiline EditText or TextField).
• Is optionally displayed in the list view (perhaps collapsed, on long-press/tap, or as a small icon indicator).
• Is included when exporting/sharing the list or converting to a note.

Current workarounds
Putting notes in the item name or create a separate general note/tool.
