Repoint VLO harvesting endpoint from v5 to v7

VLO (Virtual Language Observatory) currently harvests from the v5 OAI-PMH endpoint at https://repository.clarin.dk/oai/request. This needs to be updated to the v7 endpoint once v7 is confirmed as the primary repository.

New endpoint: https://dspace.clarin.dk/server/oai/request

Supports both oai_dc and cmdi metadata prefixes.

Steps

1. Confirm all v5 records are present in v7 (verify record counts via ?verb=ListIdentifiers&metadataPrefix=oai_dc on both endpoints)
2. Update the CLARIN Centre Registry entry for CLARIN-DK to use the v7 endpoint — requires login to centres.clarin.eu or contact with CLARIN ERIC infrastructure
3. Verify VLO picks up the new endpoint on its next harvest cycle
4. Once confirmed, disable the v5 update_oai cron entry in /etc/cron.d/dspace

Note

Do not update the Centre Registry until v7 content is complete — switching too early will cause records to disappear from VLO until v7 has full coverage.

Now migrated the subdomain from dspace. to repository. and redirecting using an NGINX rule to the /server/oai/requestpath. Still need to contact CLARIN and make the official change, though.
