Switch selecting multiple or extra languages from drop menus to Syncfusion Chips

This will probably solve #29 and #30, but using the filter mode of chip groups (with a limiter) for choosing more than 1 language, would read better visually and more be more user friendly. This would also change how the back end reads the ui.

Have switched it for classes as of 50efdde and will be continued to be used for classes, still needs to be switched for races and backgrounds.

The layouts in the implemented Races (Human and High Elf) don't have a proper layout, may be because of #49, as the same code looks fine for PlayerClasses.
