Unable to customise the sender

We're trying to use jasmin to send SMS through the stareach plateforme.

Everything seems to work properly except the fact that the sender is always a five digit number instead of what we have specified il the from field.

Is there any known issues with this provider or with probable smpp version breaking changes that can cause this behavior ?
