docker.io/intel/oneapi-basekit:2025.0.1-0-devel-ubuntu22.04 not found

I use follow scripts to build local image:
cd docker/llm/serving/xpu/docker
docker build
--build-arg no_proxy=127.0.0.1
--rm --no-cache -t vllm-serving:test .

But I got an error:
