OpenStack CLI binary conflicts with command line client for the openSUSE Build Service

The OpenStack CLI binary osc is the same as the command line client for the openSUSE Build Service.

This means that they are not co-installable.

Currently, this is not a problem for me personally. But I wanted to address this nonetheless. From my point of view, there is currently no need for action.

OpenStackClient (aka OSC) is a command-line client for OpenStack that brings the command set for Compute, Identity, Image, Object Storage and Block Storage APIs together in a single shell with a uniform command structure.

yeah, I have noticed this myself as well. Unfortunately I have no ideas how such conflicts are addressed by distros (the chance that this is not the only conflict of the opensource tools is very high).
The name OSC was chosen exactly due to the already common name from the python world (since ideally it replaces it)
