Add GitHub Discussions Tab

Add a https://github.com/features/discussions tab to this repository, so we can have discussions right here, for those of us who hate using Slack, and who have dropped Google Groups years ago.

Thank you for the suggestion. GitHub Discussions is one of the options MobilityData is actively considering to facilitate conversations. Have you used it in other open source communities? We’d welcome any feedback on what worked well, for example in terms of discoverability and SEO.

It's mainly for people who are too timid to officially open an issue, but still have questions, where it seems to work quite well.

I have used GitHub discussions in multiple companies as a software engineer. It works very well for discussions and collaborations, allowing for comments, upvotes, reactions, and most importantly, separation from actionable issues.

The discussions tab has been activated. Thank you again for pushing for this!
We will progressively introduce discussions as the main entry point for GTFS Q&A and open-ended discussions. However, Slack will still be available for connecting community members.

In the meantime, feel free to start any discussions in this space and share your suggestions.
