[FR] AI Agent Skill to use dotprompt

I noticed that Claude Code + Claude Opus 4.7 doesn't natively understand dotprompt. It had to search Context7 for documentation. I think having a Skill will make a big difference on token usage and speed, especially with scaled use cases.
