Follow-up to #375, which added the missing page <h1> on item pages. The Access42 audit also flagged sub-headings that are missing or at the wrong level on a few pages:
- Equipment detail (audit P07): the

Hours, in the Statistics area, should be a level-3 heading.
- Reservation planning (audit P05): each day should be a level-3 heading.
