Bug: Scaleing on ultrawide monitors when not in fullscreen

Reproduction steps

0. Play a video on a monitor with an aspect ratio larger than 16:9. (effect is amplified with larger displays)

Actual result

There are large margins on either side of the video. This unused space could be used for content. Also please allow us to control manually the size of the actual video player when not in fullscreen.

Expected result

Window properly scales to monitor using as much available space for video as possible.
