NoveltySlice RST doesn't specify what the latency is

The latency is just windowSize but I want it to be in the RST so if someone types "latency" into the search (as I just did) it will pop up!

It is described in the :output: directive which is consistent with how the other objects do it?

Mmm. Yes. I see it there. That output field is not rendering into the schelp file. Also, that equation for the latency is more complicated than what was being used in the help files!
