Error trying to quit while editing multiple files

Hi Everyone.

I'm opening 2 files, same name different folders.
After that, without changing anything I'm trying to :q
Getting the error message:

Error detected while processing function <SNR>9_QuitIfLastOpen:

E173: 1 more file to edit
Press ENTER or type command to continue

MiniBuffer disappears taking syntax highlight with it. If I change to the second buffer now :b2 it comes back.

Any thoughts how to fix this? Or workaround may be?
