Before we jump on implementing this, we really have to make sure, that coordinated sleep gives huge benefits over regular Thread 1.1 Sleepy End Devices.
Opus can't stop talking how much more power efficient CSL is, but I have my doubts, especially for Matter ICD devices with Long Idle Time (= hours) - which are IMO the interesting case anyway (battery time measured in years, as opposed to Short Idle time of 15seconds which would save... what? And probably not even well supportable on the Esps where only Deep Sleep matters, but getting awoken every 10-15s from Deep Sleep? Really?).
Unless CSL is usable for ICD devices with Long Idle Time, I don't see the point in rushing to implement it.
