HowToRunControls

1) Get number of weeks of data
-open getOrgMaxs.dat
-change locData to pull locations from file having locations for entire population
-change outfile to desired destination
-run getOrgMaxs.dat

2) Get specific org(s) locations
-open getFieldData.ini
-specify input location data file (can be file for entire population)
-specify starting week ( == 0)
-specify last week of data desired as max number of weeks for specified org(s) generated in step #1
-specify 0 as increment to use (create one data set)
-specify orgs to pull data for
-specify destination file for outputs
-run getFieldData.py

3) Get world extent & number of weeks for specific org(s)
-open getOrgMaxs.py
-change locData to pull locations from the file created in step #2
-change outfile to desired destination
-run getOrgMaxs.dat

4) Get org locations by week(s)
-reopen getFieldData.ini
-specify new input location data file (==file created in step #3)
-specify starting week
-specify last week of data desired (== global number from step #3)
-specify 1 as increment to use (create data by weeks)
-specify orgs to pull data for
-specify root name for output destination files

5) Place control cameras
-open placeControlCams.ini
-open create_controls.sh (if doing batch of multiple control types)
-in ini file, set orgList
-in ini file, set min/max easting/northing based on global output from step #3
-in ini file, set maxCameras, etc
-if doing batches, set i,j,k limits in for loops
-if doing batches, set root name for output destination files and input files
-run create_controls.sh (if batches) or placeControlCams.py (no batches)
-if running control types 0 or 1 (or batches), make note of number of actual cameras used from this generated output
 
6) Test control cameras
-open hyena.ini
-open test_control_data.sh (if doing batches of control types and/or weeks)
-in ini file, set min/max easting/northing as in step #5
-if doing batches, no other settings in ini file are important
-if not doing batches, set everything in ini (other than populationSize, selection, crossoverPer, mutationPer)
-if doing batches, is sh script, set i,j,k limits for loops
-if doing batches, set number of cameras for control types 0 and 1 (based on output in step #5) 
-if doing batches, set input and output directories
-run test_control_data.sh (if batches) or testPlacedCameras.py (no batches)
-pray that you didn't screw up anything in steps 1-5
-wait
