Laravel recipe - Task "cleanup" not found (Deployer 6 to 7 update)

I'm usind laradock with Laravel recipe, deployer 7.5.8 (previously was 6)

My deploy.php:

Deployer installed globally.
Now when I try to deploy I see this error:

How to fix? require 'recipe/deploy/cleanup.php; doesn't help...

Everything was working fine before the update.

I tried dep deploy:unlock and manual delete lockfile (with broken release), but the same error. Looks like it creates lockfile and can't unlock it after...

UPDATE....This thing made me crazy.
I commented deploy:lock in my file trying to skip this strange behavior, but now another error:

No matter what release number I put - it always writes that there is already one.... 😢

UPDATE 2 Got it working by adding 2 lines from laravel recipe:

set('shared_dirs', ['storage']);
set('shared_files', ['.env']);

disabling writable_dirs because it's shared hosting and disabling 'deploy:release' command.

Now my list of commands:
