Is there an existing issue for this?
What would your feature do ?
I would like to suggest integrating CFG rescaling.
From my experience, this allows for a higher CFG even at low steps, making the background clearer.
For example, when using Euler a with a CFG of 7 and Step 8, and applying rescaling (such as 0.6), both the characters and the background become distinct.
Adopting this could potentially enable the generation of high-quality images at lower steps. CFG rescaling is one of the features within the extension called "sd-webui-neutral-prompt".
"sd-webui-neutral-prompt" is possible to install in sd-webui-forge, and functioning without any problems.
It is also possible to use it in conjunction with FreeU.

Proposed workflow
- Go to .... integrate CFG rescaling
- Press ....

Are you going to help adding it?
It's just suggestion. I am not an engineer, so I cannot write code.
