After poking around this seems to be coming from secondary source, but there may be a way to overwrite it using two different types of structured data:

https://developers.google.com/search/docs/appearance/site-names

is present on google search in safari, is not present on duck duck go in safari

i can only repro ~half of the misbehavior now 😇

looks like one of the sources google is pulling the name from is https://zoominfo.com.

i created a free account and requested an update. we'll see if that helps 🤷 if not, adding the structured data you linked to would only take a few minutes.
