CTRL-B -- on a blank line, enter normal REPL mode
CTRL-C -- interrupt a running program
CTRL-D -- on a blank line, do a soft reset of the board

Also, the MicroPython link should be https://www.micropython.org/ (there's no good reason for any URLs to not use HTTPS in the vast majority of cases).
