[Manual testing] Test that the responses to questions are recorded correctly by the mobile apps

Prerequisites:

• demo forms to be inserted in the db
• please request a test account from @aniri on slack

To check:

• open the questions from a form and add answers to questions
• test all ways of navigating between the questions
• check that the selected answers are correctly displayed when returning to the answered questions
• if the connection to the internet is available, the answers should be sent to the server when exiting the questions screen (by returning to the forms screen or leaving the app)
• if there is no internet connection the answers are stored locally and sent at the next try
• if an aswer is updated, it will be resent; the answers that are not changed should not be sent to the server multiple times

Best practices for reporting new issues:

• add the [Bug] prefix in the title
• clearly mention the steps to reproduce the bugs and the expected behaviour
