You may want to pass the --skip-version-check flag to streamline execution.

Under the hood, the utility appears to automate the generation of native Terraform moved blocks, mapping legacy resources to their updated provider equivalents:

moved {
  from = cloudflare_record.dns
  to   = cloudflare_dns_record.dns
}

Rather than relying purely on static migration documentation, the Cloudflare team opted to build this CLI tool to programmatically handle the refactoring.
