todo: If a player joins mid game, they see the bulleye card, but the players cards don't show, otherwise the game seems to still work as normal.
todo: When starting another game with the R command, the scoreboard should clear, and the shadow for the moonshine jug should also clear, at the same time the R command 
is given (no delay)
