Who should the copyright holder be for licensed work? #82

Description

@Aariq

## Licenses
Our group uses the following licenses:
- Code/software: [MIT](https://opensource.org/license/mit) or [GNU GPL](https://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-3.0.en.html)
- Data: [CC0](https://creativecommons.org/public-domain/cc0/)[^getting-credit-1]
- Websites/course materials/other writing: [CC-BY](https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/)

There aren't any guidelines here about who should be listed as the copyright holder in the license. For R packages, it should be "package authors", but what about something like course materials? Should it be something like "CCT Data Science Team" or should it be the authors of that material?
