EKS version error when enabling kube bench

When we enable `kube-bench-enabled: true` using the castai-agent chart we get `Error in run: file node.yaml not found for version eks-1.2.0`

Please note: we also noticed CPU throttling on these jobs/pods, the error probably doesn't help, but since there's no way to override resource values you can't prevent the throttle.
