Issue
The introductory message shown at the top of new conversations should be conditional based on whether Shelley is actually running on an exe.dev host or not:
Shelley is an agent, running on ubuntu.exe.xyz. You can ask Shelley to do stuff. If you build a web site with Shelley, you can use exe.dev's proxy features (see docs) to visit it over the web at https://ubuntu.exe.xyz/.
This message should only appear when running on an exe.dev host. When running elsewhere, a different or no introductory message should be shown instead.
Context
The README states:
Shelley is a mobile-friendly, web-based, multi-conversation, multi-modal, multi-model, single-user coding agent built for but not exclusive to exe.dev.
This highlights that Shelley is not exclusive to exe.dev, so the initial prompt should reflect whether it's running on that platform or not.
