We have a cooperation partner where Asterics AAC is used primarily for organizing pictograms into categories and then print them in order create analog pictogram cards. They are using layouts like 3x2 or also 2x1 like this:
Printing these layouts results in cards which are more or less quadratic in a good size for their use. However it's tedious that they have to create many pages for one category of pictograms and that they have to duplicate everything for different sizes of elements.
So I came to the idea of an additional option for exporting to PDF like Print layout where the options are like layout like in grids (default, like now) or 2 elements per page, 4 elements per page, ...
This would make it easier to manage pictogram collections and print them in different sizes, as needed.
