Quick summary
After using live bridge For a while, specific apps stopped pushing notifications. Even after uninstalling Live Bridge apps, they still couldn't push notifications, even after reinstalling the apps. This is probably doing something permanent to my phone and I had to factory reset . And I confirmed this because Livebridge was the only app able to view the notifications in the logs, and all other notification logging apps couldn't even log any notifications that should have come in, except for Livebridge.
