It is difficult for a company to decide to use NuttX without market share information, without knowing which companies are using NuttX, etc.

• PX4: All drones developed using the PX4 project run NuttX, this includes drones manufactured by Auterion, 3DR, XMobots (Brazilian), etc.

• Sony Audio Players, including their ecosystem called Sony Spressense, which has several boards and modules running NuttX.

• Fitbit/Google: their smartwatches run NuttX, and they even participated by presenting several lectures at the NuttX International Workshop.

• Espressif ESP32 and family: Espressif contributes directly to the NuttX mainline; practically the entire ESP32 family (S2, S3, H2, P4, etc.) has full support in NuttX.

• Openvela: Xiaomi has over 1000 SKUs running NuttX, from smartwatches and speakers to photo-frames and electric cars; practically all Xiaomi products run NuttX.

• LiAuto: The electric car manufacturer LiAuto is also using NuttX in its ECUs; both they and Xiaomi have managed to certify NuttX for automotive use.

• TizenRT: Samsung uses NuttX as the kernel for its TizenRT system.

• Meadow .NET C#: Wilderness Labs' Meadow runs on NuttX. Since NuttX is a POSIX, Unix/Linux-like system, it's easy to port Linux applications to NuttX, which is why they used NuttX.

• NuttX was used in Google's modular phone, and later Motorola used the source code to launch the Moto Z line with Smart Covers that also run NuttX.

• MicroROS, ROS for microcontrollers, was initially developed on NuttX and only later, when other RTOSes added support for some POSIX APIs, did it become supported.
