Running [p]voicelog channel {channel_id} on a channel that the command executor cannot connect/view.
If the user cannot see or connect to the channel, its output should be unavailable.
This is normally done in cogs which log messages similar to voicelogs, redacting information from channels the command executor cannot see when running against a user that has sent messages in channels unseen by the executor.
