How to delete a scaleset when things go wrong?

While playing with the scaleset client, I lost access to a previously created scaleset, so I want to delete it. But, how do I do that? The GitHub UI does not seem to have a way.

Hey, you can use DeleteRunnerScaleSet from the *Client to delete the scale set.

@Steve-Glass we should add the ability to remove the scale set via the UI. It is a bit difficult when you make a mistake to remove the scale set.
