I'm thinking about using this mod, but I'm worried I might get banned for using it, or even just installing it. If not, what functions in this menu are most likely to get me banned?

TL;DR - You will get banned from RDR2 If you use it Online.
There is no fear in using it in Single player, it is allowed, No using it in Online though.

Although it's risky to use recovery options, RDO has been abandoned for a very long time now. I don't think Terminus will get you banned.
