Following the issue posted on the PYNQ forum (link: here ), the new credentials required to log in to PetaLinux images are missing.
Step 4, “Download the prebuilt pynq_sdist.tar.gz and pynq_rootfs.tar.gz and place them in sdbuild/prebuilt/”, should also be included in the Docker section here.
Additionally, the make delete and make unmount targets are no longer present in the Makefile inside the sdbuild/ folder. Only make clean remains (link: here ).
