HTR recognition for single text regions #34

Instead of doing a HTR for a whole page a HTR should be done for selected regions only. These regions could be automatically detected with their structure type or selected manually.
Use case: The running text should be recogniced with model_one and the comments with model_two. P.S. The layout recognition has found these regions automatically because it was trained on it.
