BobGraph should be able to handle the normal parameters as BobProject and
BobDev, in order to provide a package and configuration independently of a
project (BobProject).
This is handy for example when the project does not
build properly. The dependency graph could be interesting independently of that.
The build and dist directories are not necessary for bob graph to work.
