Add Ability to Put Empty Lines Between List Items

Apparently, there are two styles of lists in markdown: tight and loose. The tight version is the standard version in SnakeMD. The loose version places an empty line between list items. I desire the loose feature which is not currently supported.

If you personally want to simulate this without the feature in place, you can try appending a newline (\n) to your list items and then wrapping them in a Raw block. Note that this will kill the nesting if your list items are multiline. Regardless, this was a workaround for me:

answer_list.append(snakemd.Raw(choice.get("answer") + "\n"))

Not ideal, surely, but it'll get the job done.
