feat: add log rotation, VS Code backend, types refactoring, security hardening
- Log rotation with configurable size limits (10MB default) and file count (5 default) - Automatic gzip compression of rotated logs - VS Code extension backend connection via JSON-RPC child process - Split types.ts into 5 domain-specific files - AES-256-GCM credential encryption with machine-specific keys - Whitelist-based command security (replaced blocklist) - Removed all silent error swallowing (30 instances → proper logging) - 403 integration tests passing across 13 test files - Coverage reporting with CI enforcement All changes maintain backward compatibility.
