Feature: AZERTY support [📁file included]

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I'm from Belgium, I have an AZERTY (BE) keyboard, not QWERTY (US) or QWERTZ (DE). And the mod has the American and German keyboard type (according to the mod files) and its not clear if you can change them (possibly with the language?) And especially annoying for non-qwerty keyboard to play (in my example) AZERTY in English (US).

There already is an option in the settings to switch the virtual keyboard layout :)
You can create custom virtual keyboard layouts via a simple .json file in a resourcepack (or contribute that file to the official mod assets).

I've made the json file for Belgian Azerty, I hope it works (The french one is apparently a bit diffrent but the main letters should be the same). I've kept the language as en_us since I didn't know what to put since belgium has 3 official languages.
