The `tangle-cli[native]` extra is failing to install via uv due to not finding the tangle-api package.

  `-> Because tangle-api was not found in the package registry and tangle-cli[native]==0.0.1a1 depends on tangle-api==0.1.0, we can conclude that
      tangle-cli[native]==0.0.1a1 cannot be used.
      And because only tangle-cli[native]==0.0.1a1 is available and you require tangle-cli[native], we can conclude that your requirements are unsatisfiable.

I'm not sure we need to split CLI into multiple packages at this point.
Having code with different dependencies does not require package splitting.

You can also do things like:

Fixed in #9, which was merged. The release prep publishes matched prereleases for tangle-cli and tangle-api and keeps tangle-cli[native] depending on the matching tangle-api package, so the extra can resolve once both packages are published. Follow-up cleanup to make tangle-api leaf is tracked in #10.
