BitMEX: say the exchange has closed, and take it out of the contents

BitMEX ceased trading on 23 September 2026 at 04:00 UTC. Its pages carried a
warning written while the closure was still ahead - new registrations stopped,
the connector will stop working - which now reads as something yet to happen.

All twenty-eight pages, in seven languages, carry the past-tense wording the
pages for the other closed exchanges already use, with the date added since it
is known. The pages themselves stay: they are kept for reference, the same way
FTX and Bittrex are.

What is new is that the exchange also leaves the table of contents, both the
connector section and the Hydra video on connecting to it. Nobody should be led
to a venue that no longer trades, and reaching the pages by their own link still
works for anyone who needs them.
